It is situated on the ground floor and consists of an open space kitchen and lounge. Internal stairs connect the lounge and kitchen area with the bedroom and private bathroom on the first floor.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle and a microwave oven.
Furthermore there is a pellet oven, a fireplace, and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. For reasons of space children are unfortunately not allowed in this room.

Outside space: Table, chairs, sun chairs

TARIFFS: € 95,00 per night  (minimum stay of 2 nights)

PAYMENT: 50% of the total amount are to be paid by bank transfer when the  booking is actioned . The remaining amount  is to be paid on arrival at the B&B in cash as we do not have POS.

CANCELLATION: The deposit will be returned in the event of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.

In the B&B Marcellina there are no communal spaces and guests don’t have to share any spaces.

Dogs are allowed in all our rooms. We would kindly ask you to advise us in advance if you are arriving with a dog.
